# Tokenomics

## Tax distribution

Maneki Neko is underpinned by an 7% buy/sell tax applied to all transactions. This tax is subdivided into five essential categories:

* Lottery Prize Pot: 4% of each transaction feeds into the ever-growing lottery prize pot, amplifying the anticipation and rewards for participants.
* Liquidity: 1% ensures liquidity stability, bolstering the token's trading ecosystem.
* Burn: 1% of each transaction is burned, reducing the circulating supply over time and potentially enhancing token value.
* Marketing: 1% fuels marketing campaigns, promoting Maneki Neko to a wider audience and fostering community growth.
